Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors warmly, creating a positive first impression.
• Handle patient inquiries, registrations, and appointment scheduling.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry in hospital systems.
• Guide patients and attendants regarding departments, doctors, and facilities.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative teams for smooth operations.
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient queries professionally.
• Manage reception area, maintain cleanliness, and follow hospital protocols.
• Handle billing coordination at the front desk when required.
• Provide support in emergency situations with calmness and efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably with training in front office management).
• 1–2 years of experience in hospital/healthcare reception preferred (freshers may apply).
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software will be an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
