Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
Manage online room bookings
Update reservation details and ensure booking accuracy across all online platforms.
Answer incoming client/guest calls, respond to inquiries, and provide hotel information.
Coordinate room availability with housekeeping and management teams.
Maintain guest records, billing, and payments using the front-office system.
Handle guest complaints and escalate issues when needed.
Ensure the front desk area remains clean, organized, and professional.
Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service at all times.
Good communication skills in English and Telugu (Hindi is a plus).
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online booking portals.
Strong customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
