Greet and assist guests with professionalism and hospitality Manage front desk tasks including check-ins, check-outs, and bookings Handle phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments Maintain an organized and presentable reception/front office area Resolve guest issues efficiently and courteously Keep accurate records, daily logs, and administrative files Requirements
Experience in Hotel Industry Fluent in English with excellent communication skills Presentable, well-spoken, and confident in guest-facing roles Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with hotel/front desk software (preferred) Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
