Receptionist / Guest Relation Executive

Evora Resort & Spa is a 4-star property in Wayanad offering premium hospitality and exceptional guest experiences. We are looking for a Receptionist / Guest Relation Executive who is professional, courteous, and dedicated to delivering outstanding guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.
• Maintain guest records, payments, and reservations accurately.
• Address guest feedback and ensure maximum satisfaction.
• Support in upselling rooms and in-house services.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel front office or guest relation role (preferably in a 3-star or 4-star property).
• Qualification: Graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, or relevant field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Malayalam; Hindi will be an advantage.
• Smart appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
