Receptionist

We are looking for a smart and pleasant personality with excellent command over English - spoken and written. The candidate must professionally manage the reception and cater to all client requirements, from new enquiries to follow-ups.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Handling calls and enquiries
  • Calendar booking / appointment coordination
  • Front desk management / reception duties
  • Customer relationship management
  • Payment collection and package activation
  • Regular follow-ups for appointments
  • Regular client feedback follow-ups
  • Record clients' weight & body measurements upon arrival
  • ERP entries and client records maintenance
  • Manage ecommerce website for online food sales
  • Admin supervision
