Receptionist /Game master

Overview:

We are looking for Receptionist /Game master for our escape room facility, with great communication skills, energetic and positive can-do attitude. Must have great sense of humor and enjoy games and puzzles. Should be friendly and customer service oriented. Quick learner and well organized and must be well groomed and presentable.

Punctual and willing to work flexible hours. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are essential to work. (No weekly offs given on these days).

Must be living in Ahmedabad (Living in close vicinity is an added benefit)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers with a warm welcome and get them to complete customer waiver form.

2. Provide full game briefing /rules & regulations.

3. Overseeing the immersive experience of our guests, ensuring their enjoyment and safety while guiding them through our escape rooms.

4. Maintain control over the game environment, ensuring that players adhere to the rules and safety guidelines.

5. Re-set / sanitize and prepare escape rooms between each group pf players and making sure all props and puzzles are working as it should do.

6. Handle bookings, reservations, inquires, both in person and over the call/emails.

7. General organizing and inventory management of escape rooms and ensuring the escape rooms are clean and tidy.

8. General maintenance of escape rooms.

9. De-briefing customers once they are out and asking for their experience/ reviews.

10. Handle any emergencies or customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Excellent Customer Service experience

2. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to problem solve and manage time

4. Flexible with timings and availability to work over weekends and holidays.

5. Experience in working with a variety of personality types.

6. High school or equivalent educational qualification. Training or experience in customer facing / hospitality fields is an added benefit.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
