Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages Maintaining a professional and organized front office environment Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings Coordinating with various departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations Performing basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and document filing Resolving customer inquiries and directing them to the appropriate parties Maintaining security by following procedures and monitoring logbook Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good multitasking, time management and organizational skills Female only.
