We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist to manage the front desk of our clinic. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, responsible for greeting visitors, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing basic administrative support to ensure smooth clinic operations. Greet patients and visitors in a warm, professional, and courteous manner. Answer incoming phone calls, respond to queries, and redirect calls as needed. Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using the clinic’s appointment system. Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality. Provide patients with necessary forms, guide them through the registration process, and ensure all documentation is complete. Coordinate with doctors and staff regarding patient flow and appointment timings. Handle billing, receipts, and payment collection at the front desk
