Receptionist for School - Gurgaon 40

Visitor and Parent Interaction:

• Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information about the school, its programs, and relevant policies.
• Manage inquiries and direct individuals to the appropriate departments or personnel.

Administrative Support:

• Oversee general administrative tasks such as answering phones, handling emails, and managing the front desk.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, attendance, and other relevant documentation.
• Coordinate communication between the front office and other school departments.

Facility Management:

• Manage the scheduling of meeting rooms and other shared spaces within the front office.
• Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Ensure a clean and organized front office area.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (administration, education, or related discipline).
• Previous experience in a school or educational setting is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in office software applications and familiarity with school management systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Leadership and supervisory experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
