Responsibilities And Duties

Fresher Only
With Excellent Communication skills
Attending incoming and making outgoing calls to patients to handle appointments.
Receiving patients at the clinic in a polite and pleasant manner.
Ensuring that the patients meet the doctor as per the appointment schedule order.
Making the appointment schedule of patients on a daily basis and typing them into the tab or computer.
Handling the swipe machine or cash at the reception.
