We are looking for a dynamic, well-spoken, and tech-savvy Front Desk Executive / Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our organization. The ideal candidate will be confident, courteous, and capable of managing client interactions efficiently in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.

• Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments.

• Handle telephonic counseling and provide information to clients.

• Maintain records, visitor logs, and appointment systems accurately.

• Coordinate effectively with internal departments for smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or in a similar client-facing role.

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, email, appointment systems).

• Smart, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.

• Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Work Schedule: Full-time: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
