About Us

Dayal Eye Centre is a leading eye care facility committed to delivering world-class treatment, compassionate care, and a seamless patient experience. We are looking for a warm, well-organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients, visitors, and attendants in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage patient check-in/check-out process and guide them through registration.
Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect calls to appropriate departments.
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using hospital software.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Handle OPD billing and panel billing accurately and efficiently.
Assist patients with payment queries and maintain proper billing records.
Maintain reception area cleanliness and uphold a welcoming environment.
Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital protocols.
Support administrative tasks as assigned by the management.

Eye Hospital experience is must
Graduation is must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
