Role Overview
We are seeking a Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact for our visitors, and clients. The role requires a professional, well-spoken individual with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Manage correspondence (emails, letters, packages).
• Provide information about services and direct inquiries to the right departments.
• Support administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).
• Well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
