Job Description:

We are looking for a Receptionist cum Telecaller who will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, and will also play a key role in handling inbound and outbound calls related to inquiries, admissions, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and basic administrative abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet and assist walk-in visitors in a professional and friendly manner

· Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments

· Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up with existing students or clients

· Provide accurate information about our training and placement programs

· Maintain front office cleanliness and decorum

· Keep records of inquiries, follow-ups, and feedback

· Support administrative activities and maintain basic documentation

· Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for training sessions or counseling

Requirements:

· Graduate in any discipline

· Prior experience in a similar role (Receptionist/Telecaller) preferred

· Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages

· Good interpersonal and customer service skills

· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, data entry)

· Positive attitude and ability to multitask

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
