As a Receptionist cum Telecaller, your role is crucial in managing front office operations and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities: - Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff at the front desk courteously. - Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, providing necessary information and support. - Oversee the receipt and dispatch of incoming and outgoing couriers. - Accurately maintain and update records in spreadsheets and databases. - Assist with daily office tasks such as filing, documentation, and scheduling. - Coordinate housekeeping to ensure cleanliness and organization in the office. - Manage inventory by keeping track of stationary and office upkeep materials. Requirements: - Minimum graduate qualification. - Prior experience in a similar role is preferred. Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Polite, presentable, and professional demeanor.
