Receptionist Cum Telecaller (Female)

You will be responsible for managing front office operations and assisting with administrative tasks as a Receptionist cum Telecaller at our office located in Site-5, Kasna, Greater Noida. The ideal candidate should be a married female with relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to handling office activities. Your key responsibilities will include welcoming and assisting visitors, clients, and staff courteously at the front desk, professionally handling incoming and outgoing calls, managing incoming and outgoing couriers, accurately maintaining records in spreadsheets and databases, providing administrative support for daily office tasks, coordinating housekeeping activities to ensure office cleanliness and organization, and managing inventory of stationary and office upkeep materials. To be considered for this position, you should have a minimum graduate qualification and prior experience in a similar role. Additionally, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), good organizational and multitasking abilities, and a polite, presentable, and professional demeanor.
