Job Title: Receptionist cum Telecaller(Also known as: Front Desk Executive & Telecaller) We are looking for a well-spoken and presentable Receptionist cum Telecaller to manage front desk responsibilities and make outbound calls to clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and basic computer knowledge. Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests at the front desk. Answer and direct phone calls professionally. Make outbound calls to potential customers for sales or service follow-ups. Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules, and call logs. Handle basic administrative tasks like emails, filing, and data entry. Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling meetings and client support. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area. Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional language (if required). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling). Previous experience in reception or telecalling preferred. Presentable appearance and a polite, customer-friendly attitude. Multi-tasking ability and time management skills.
