Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller cum Receptionist Location: MAAC Madhapur Job Summary: We are looking for a smart and friendly Telecaller cum Receptionist to join our team. Your job will include answering calls, talking to students and parents, giving them course information, and greeting walk-in visitors at the front desk. You must know English, Hindi, and Telugu. Your Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls and make outgoing calls to students. Talk to walk-in visitors and give correct information about our courses. Keep records of calls, student details, and follow-ups. Help students with their questions and guide them politely. Greet visitors and manage front desk duties. Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area. Support other staff members with basic admin work. What We Need: Minimum 12th pass or any graduate. Experience in telecalling or front office work is an advantage. Must speak clearly in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Good communication and people skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office or Google Sheets). Must be well-groomed, polite, and helpful.
