Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person. Make outbound calls to prospective customers for product promotion, lead generation, or follow-ups. Maintain records of calls and customer interactions. Schedule appointments, meetings, or interviews as needed. Manage front desk activities, including mail distribution and document handling. Provide general administrative and clerical support. Maintain office cleanliness and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
