Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and transfer calls to the concerned department. Make outbound calls to potential clients for IT and digital marketing services. Maintain client records, inquiries, and call logs. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules for the management. Follow up with leads shared by the sales and marketing teams. Assist in handling basic administrative tasks such as emails, documentation, and filing. Represent the company’s image positively in every interaction with clients. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM preferred). Confident on calls and comfortable with client interaction. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently. Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
