Receptionist cum tele caller

The Receptionist cum Telecaller is a vital member of our administrative team, responsible for managing a combination of reception tasks and telecommunication duties. The role requires high levels of organization, clear communication, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors courteously at the front desk.
• Handle inquiries and provide information about the company.
• Schedule appointments and maintain the reception area.
• Perform telecalling activities to support marketing and sales efforts.
• Maintain accurate records and update databases.
• Assist in various administrative tasks as needed.
• Communicate dispatch details to the customers.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Experience: 1–3 years.
• Languages: Tamil, English, Malayalam (Must), Other languages are also preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
