Requirements

• Have relevant experience in the field. (Hospital Experience Preferred)
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Known Languages - English, Marathi, Hindi
• Patient Management: Greet and check-in patients, verify appointments, collect necessary forms, and ensure the waiting area is tidy and welcoming.
• Billing Support: Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, process payments, and provide basic billing inquiries support.
• Patient Records: Ensure all patient charts and electronic health records (EHR) are accurate, complete.
• Marketing Support: Assist in developing and distributing informational materials (brochures, newsletters) and maintaining content on the clinic's website and social media platforms.
