Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations and welcome visitors professionally
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier coordination
• Maintain office records, files, and basic documentation
• Support day-to-day administrative and office operations
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office functioning
• Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars
• Ensure office cleanliness and inventory management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email handling
• Well-organized, presentable, and proactive attitude
• Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently
• Prior experience as a receptionist or office assistant is a plus

Experience:

• Fresher to 1–2 years of experience preferred
