Job Description

We are looking for a Front Office Assistant who will handle customer interactions and front desk operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle walk-in customers, phone calls, and inquiries professionally
  • Provide customer support and follow-ups
  • Manage database entries and maintain records
  • Perform cold calling for leads and customer coordination
  • Handle basic front office and administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Basic database management knowledge
  • Ability to handle cold calling and customer interaction confidently

Location: Pune / Pimpri-Chinchwad

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,401.82 - ₹25,048.73 per month
