About the Role:
Times Audio is hiring a Receptionist cum Back Office Assistant to manage daily client interactions and service workflows. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a receptionist or office coordination role and must be comfortable working with both clients and technical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend client calls and walk-ins professionally
• Check and log incoming AV systems for service
• Create service job cards and update system status
• Track repair progress and communicate updates to clients
• Coordinate with technicians and office staff for smooth operations
• Book porters and shipping as per requirements
• Maintain service records and follow-up schedules

Who Should Apply:

• Candidates with minimum 1 year of receptionist or coordination experience
• Familiar with basic service flow and documentation
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Confident, organized, and responsible
• Resides in or near Noida

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
