Receptionist cum Billing Executive

What you’ll do

We are looking for a skilled Receptionist cum Billing to join our team at Life Span Nursing Home. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in billing generation, answering calls, and consolidating day-end reports. Roles and Responsibility

• Manage the front desk and handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Generate bills and ensure accurate and timely payment from patients or clients.
• Consolidate day-end reports and provide insights to management.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with all interactions.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of billing generation and day-end report consolidation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in using computer software and technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹8,499.54 - ₹14,999.00 per month
