Job Title: Receptionist cum Backend Executive Location: Andheri/Mumbai Department: Administration / Operations Reports To: Office Manager / Senior Executive Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and organized Receptionist cum Backend Executive to manage front desk activities and provide backend support to the team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of documentation and CRM systems, and the ability to assist in generating leads, collecting data, and supporting daily office operations. Key Responsibilities: • Manage front desk operations greet visitors, handle calls, and route queries appropriately. • Assist in lead generation through calls, emails, or online research. • Support the team in day-to-day administrative and backend activities. • Collect and maintain data as required for reports, leads, or other operational tasks. • Prepare, edit, and maintain office documents such as agreements, reports, and proposals. • Update and manage information in the CRM system accurately and regularly. • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow. • Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases • Handle email correspondence and follow-ups professionally. • Provide general support to management and staff as required. Required Skills: • Education: Graduate in any discipline. • Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role preferred. Skills: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Familiarity with CRM tools or data entry systems. • Understanding of basic document handling and office procedures. • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. • Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Additional Preferences: • Experience in lead generation, CRM handling, data collection, or coordination roles will be an advantage. • Should be well-presented and customer-service oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,332.17 per month
