Job Description:
We are looking for a Receptionist cum Admin to join our team at the Manjalpur branch. The ideal candidate should be well-spoken, organized, and capable of handling both front-desk responsibilities and basic administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in students, parents, and visitors
  • Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and follow-ups
  • Manage admission forms, student records, and documentation
  • Assist in scheduling classes and coordinating with trainers
  • Maintain office filing system and correspondence
  • Support administrative and day-to-day office operations
  • Ensure a professional and welcoming reception environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)
  • Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Prior experience in front desk/admin work will be an advantage
