Roles and Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients professionally, ensuring a warm welcome.
  • Manage front office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming documents and outgoing mail.
  • Provide administrative support to the team by performing tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Ensure smooth communication among staff members through effective verbal and written interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role (front desk or receptionist).
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English language.
  • Strong typing speed with accuracy using MS Office

    software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
