Job Description:

We are looking for a young female smart, confident, and friendly Receptionist / Telecaller to be the first point of contact for our academy. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude to handle calls, greet visitors, and support the admission team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Provide accurate information about courses, batches, and admission procedures.
• Maintain student inquiries and follow up regularly.
• Greet visitors, parents, and students with a warm and professional attitude.
• Assist in managing front office operations and maintaining records.
• Coordinate with teaching and administrative staff for daily tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Telugu and Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, WhatsApp, Google Forms).
• Friendly, confident, and well-organized personality.
• Both experienced or freshers can apply.
