Job Title: Tele caller Company: INVICTUS ENGINEERS Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year(In IT training/Education sector) Salary: 15,000 - 18,000 Job Description: INVICTUS ENGINEERS, a leading IT Training Institute, is looking for an experienced Tele Caller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of telecalling experience , preferably in the education or training sector. You will be responsible for engaging with leads, following up with inquiries, and converting prospects into course enrollments. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain course offerings Follow up on inquiries from various platforms (website, social media, campaigns) Maintain call logs and update CRM systems with lead status Handle inbound queries and provide accurate course details Schedule appointments for walk-ins or counseling sessions Work closely with the sales and marketing team for campaign support Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service Excellent verbal communication skills in English (regional language is a plus) Strong convincing and negotiation skills Comfortable with CRM tools and basic computer knowledge Ability to work independently and in a team environment Experience in the education/training sector is preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 19/05/2025
