We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls to customers, explain products or services, follow up on leads, and maintain good customer relationships to support business growth. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads. Answer incoming calls from clients to address inquiries and provide information. Explain products, services, or treatments clearly and professionally. Schedule appointments, follow-up calls, or service reminders as needed. Maintain a daily call log and update CRM systems with call outcomes. Resolve customer concerns with patience and professionalism. Share customer feedback with the team to improve services. Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and conversion targets. Requirements: Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role preferred. Strong communication skills in [languages required – e.g., English, Hindi, Malayalam]. Ability to handle rejection and remain positive. Basic knowledge of CRM tools, email, and MS Office. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Education: Minimum 10+2 or equivalent. Graduation preferred.
