Key Responsibilities:

  • • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff courteously.

  • • Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally.

  • • Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.

  • • Handle courier dispatches, incoming/outgoing mail, and deliveries.

  • • Manage meeting room bookings and support in organizing company meetings.

  • • Maintain office supplies, stationery, and pantry stock.

  • • Assist HR and Admin departments with routine tasks and coordination.

  • • Support travel arrangements, staff attendance records, and vendor coordination.

  • • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
