Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • The Receptionist & Admin Executive is responsible for managing the front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and providing overall office support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization.

  • Reception & Front Desk
  • Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and route them to the concerned department
  • Maintain visitor entry registers and issue visitor passes
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable

  • Administrative Duties
  • Handle day-to-day office administrative activities
  • Maintain records, files, and documents (both physical and digital)
  • Prepare letters, emails, reports, and official documents
  • Support HR with attendance, leave records, and employee coordination
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings

  • Office Management
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders when required
  • Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, housekeeping, pantry, and security
  • Handle courier and dispatch activities
  • Assist in travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and logistics

  • Coordination & Support
  • Act as a point of contact between departments
  • Assist management and staff with administrative requirements
  • Follow company policies and ensure confidentiality of information

  • Skills & Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or Admin Executive
  • Good communication skills (English and local language)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Pleasant personality and professional appearance

  • Educational Qualification
  • Any Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma (preferred)
  • Relevant experience is an added advantage
  • Work Experience
  • Females Preferred

  • 1–2 years of experience in receptionist or administrative roles (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
