Job Description

We are seeking a well-presented and proactive Receptionist with strong computer skills and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will manage front-desk operations efficiently while supporting basic administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

· Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls.

· Handle inquiries and provide accurate information.

· Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, courier, etc.).

· Maintain reception area cleanliness and presentation.

· Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.

· Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [languages as applicable].

· Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
