Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our hospital team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment and smooth administrative operations.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff professionally.
Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage inquiries.
Maintain patient records and update information in the hospital database.
Coordinate with medical and administrative staff for smooth workflow.
Handle billing, payment processing, and basic administrative tasks.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with hospital management software.
Polite, organized, and patient-oriented.
A 24-hour duty is mandatory and will be allocated on a rotational basis as per the duty roster.
