Role Description

  • Greet and attend to visitors and clients at the reception desk.
  • Handle incoming calls and transfer them to the relevant department.
  • Make outbound calls to leads and assist in basic follow-ups.
  • Manage inquiries and provide accurate information about our services.
  • Maintain records, handle correspondence, and support office coordination.
  • Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and professional.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, polite, and approachable demeanor.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
  • Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently.
  • Previous experience in reception/telecalling roles preferred, but not mandatory.
