Reception cum Admission Councillor

You are invited to join Swar Kala Sangam Performing Arts Pvt. Ltd. as a Reception Cum Admission Counselor, a position based in Gurgaon. We are a three-year-old Music Education Company with a focus on Music Education as an EdTech platform. We are seeking enthusiastic Graduate Management Trainees, both on a full-time and part-time basis, to be part of our dynamic team at our Centre. As a Reception Cum Admission Counselor, you will play a crucial role in managing our Music Centres in Gurgaon. We encourage female candidates with a pleasing personality to apply for this position. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks such as overseeing the admission process, reaching out to potential customers, conducting demo classes, and encouraging enrollments in our academy. Additionally, you will be involved in conducting business development activities and contests to enhance customer engagement. You will also be responsible for managing digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SMO, and other updates. Your role will involve marketing the website using innovative methods to increase consumer awareness and engagement through Below The Line (BTL) activities. Managing social media profiles such as Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business, and other Social Media Marketing (SMM) platforms will also be part of your duties. Furthermore, you will be expected to establish tie-ups with schools, colleges, and other relevant institutions to promote our music education services. This position offers various job types, including full-time, fresher, internship, and regular/permanent roles, with a contract length of 12 months. The work schedule for this role is during the day from Monday to Friday, with weekend availability required. In addition to the base salary, a performance bonus scheme is in place to reward your contributions. The work location for this position is in person at our Music Centres in Gurgaon.
