Focus upon annual forecasting, quarterly forecasting & monthly plan in the region assigned. Drive & execute the Corporate Strategic interventions on recruitment in the region. Develop and maintain a strong rapport with employees at all levels. Promote Employee Referral Scheme in the sites. Travel across sites to ensure smooth hiring process.,
