• An operator operates and monitors machinery or systems to ensure efficient production, quality products, and a safe work environment. Key responsibilities include setting up equipment,
• performing routine maintenance, conducting quality checks, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate records of production data. Common Responsibilities
• Machine Operation: Safely and efficiently setting up and operating machinery or equipment according to production specifications and standard operating procedures.
• Monitoring & Adjusting: Continuously monitoring machines and processes to ensure smooth operation, making adjustments as needed to meet quality standards and production targets.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment, and troubleshooting malfunctions to prevent downtime.
• Quality Control: Conducting regular inspections of products to ensure they meet quality specifications, removing defective items, and reporting quality issues.
• Record Keeping: Documenting production data, material usage, and product output accurately for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Following safety protocols, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.
• Teamwork: Collaborating with team members and reporting significant machinery issues or failures to supervisors.
• Required Skills
• Technical Skills: Understanding of machinery operations, reading blueprints and schematics, and using measurement tools.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is crucial for performing quality checks and making accurate adjustments.
• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Physical Stamina: The ability to lift, push, and move heavy items, especially in manufacturing environments. Work Environment
• Operators work in various industries, including manufacturing, food processing, and other sectors that use heavy machinery.
• The role may involve exposure to loud noises, extreme temperature variations, and the presence of hazardous materials or allergens.
• Shift work, including nights and weekends, may be required, particularly in 24-hour operations.

Pay: ₹9,239.62 - ₹41,919.22 per month
