Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receivable Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with knowledge of receivables. Roles and Responsibility Manage and maintain accurate records of customer accounts and transactions. Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce bad debts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues. Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients. Job Requirements Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Experience working in a similar role within the BFSI industry is preferred.
