As a member of the Quality Assurance team at Rebel Foods, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the food safety and hygiene standards of our kitchens in Bangalore. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards at different locations within the city. - Providing training to the kitchen team on various Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality control, and food safety standards. - Preparing the kitchen to comply with FSSAI standards and other internal audits. - Proactively assessing the quality of raw ingredients and products through sensory evaluation and documentation. - Handling customer complaints by conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). - Analyzing data to evaluate regional performance across various metrics.
