We are currently looking for a Rebate Analyst to join our CSCI (Customer Support Corteva India) team. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports customer service operations across various regions. Your responsibilities will include processing activities in compliance with policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to all compliances and controls, providing accurate calculations for rebate decisions, and acting as a team backup when needed. Key Job Responsibilities: - Process all activities in compliance with policies and procedures. - Adhere to all compliances and controls, such as ISO and SOX. - Provide timely and accurate calculations for rebate decisions. - Act as a team backup for other members. - Create, review, and adjust rebate agreements and commission records. - Prepare monthly or quarterly review accruals and rebate agreements. - Verify the signing or agreement of contracts between the business and customers.
