Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Rebar Detailer located in Chennai. The Rebar Detailer will be responsible for creating detailed drawings of reinforcing bar placement, generating bar lists and orders, and ensuring the accuracy of the reinforcement plans. Key tasks include interpreting structural rebar drawings, coordinating with project stakeholders, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and utilizing software tools for detailing.

Qualifications

• Proficient in rebar detailing and interpretation of structural rebar drawings
• Experience in using detailing software such as

  AutoCAD and CADS RC

• Strong understanding of industry standards and codes related to reinforced concrete structures
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Diploma and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field are preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role in the construction or engineering industry is a plus
