Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Steel Detailer located in Tamil Nadu, India. The Steel Detailer will be responsible for creating accurate and high-quality shop drawings and rebar detailing for a variety of projects, ensuring compliance with international standards. Daily responsibilities include interpreting architectural and structural drawings, detailing steel structures, and collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines. The role requires attention to detail, proficiency in relevant software, and a commitment to quality work.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Shop Drawings, Steel Detailing, and Rebar detailing
• Experience working with Architectural Drawings and interpreting structural designs
• Knowledge of Steel Structures and construction practices
• Competence in using advanced rebar detailing software
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience with international projects and familiarity with BS, ACI, and CRSI standards is an advantage
