Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Rebar Detailer & Estimator based in Salem. The primary responsibilities include preparing detailed rebar shop drawings, estimating material quantities, reviewing architectural and structural drawings, and ensuring compliance with international standards and project specifications. The role involves working closely with engineers, fabricators, and project teams to deliver accurate and optimized reinforcement detailing solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in creating shop drawings and rebar detailing, ensuring precision and compliance
• Knowledge and experience in steel detailing and working with steel structures for varied projects
• Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings to create optimized rebar details
• Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, Rebar Cad, CADS RC, Revit, and other detailing tools
• Attention to detail, ability to ensure compliance with standards such as ACI, CRSI, and ASTM
• Strong organizational skills and commitment to meeting deadlines
• Relevant experience in civil or structural engineering is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred
