Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Proactively make outbound calls to potential clients, qualify leads, and identify potential buyers. Client Engagement: Understand the client's real estate needs, offer property options, and provide detailed information about available properties. Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive and personalized sales pitches to clients, highlighting the features and benefits of properties. Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-ups with potential leads to ensure high conversion rates and schedule meetings with the field sales team. Market Knowledge: Stay updated on current real estate market trends, property listings, and pricing to provide accurate information to clients. Target Achievement: Consistently work towards meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Telecaller/Sales in the Real Estate industry is a must with a proven track record of success in generating new leads and achieving sales targets. Education: Graduate or HSC in any field. Skills: Strong business acumen, good communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships. Proficiency in market research. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
