Real Estate Specialist

As a Real Estate Agent in Guwahati, your role will involve scouting properties, interacting with clients, and promoting properties on social media platforms. You will be responsible for identifying and verifying rental apartments, PGs, flats, and properties for sale. Additionally, you will build a database of properties, shoot walk-through videos, and create engaging content for social media posts. Your key responsibilities will include: - Roaming across Guwahati to identify and verify properties - Building and maintaining a database of properties with accurate details - Shooting property walk-through videos and creating social media content - Guiding prospective buyers/tenants during property visits - Assisting clients in understanding property features and pricing - Maintaining strong relationships with property owners and clients - Staying updated with market trends and pricing insights - Working towards achieving monthly targets for new property listings To excel in this role, you should have: - Strong knowledge of Guwahati's localities and real estate market - Excellent communication and sales skills - Fluency in English, Hindi, and Assamese - Comfort with extensive travel within the city - Basic video shooting and editing skills - Self-motivation, confidence, and target-driven mindset - Prior experience in sales, real estate, or marketing is an advantage Qualifications required: - Minimum 10+2 / Higher Secondary pass (Graduation preferred) - Freshers can apply, but experience in relevant fields is prioritized - Must own a smartphone with good camera quality and preferably a two-wheeler In addition to a commission-based income and performance incentives, you will enjoy flexible working hours and growth opportunities in real estate and digital marketing.,
