Role Overview: As a Real Estate Specialist/Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice on real estate monetization strategies and actions. Your main responsibility will involve advising on land and real estate valuation, managing feasibility studies, collaborating with financial experts on business plans, preparing transaction structures, and assisting in the preparation of various agreements such as Development Agreements, RERA documentation, Allotment Agreements, Sale/Lease Agreements, among others. Key Responsibilities: - Advise on land and real estate valuation - Manage feasibility studies - Collaborate with financial experts on business plans and financial models - Prepare transaction structures - Assist in the preparation of various agreements such as Development Agreements, RERA documentation, Allotment Agreements, Sale/Lease Agreements, among others - Support the implementation of real estate monetization plans in coordination with internal teams and external consultants - Conduct market analysis, feasibility assessments, and best-use studies - Coordinate land and asset valuation exercises - Contribute to financial model and business plan preparation - Assist in structuring real estate transactions - Coordinate bid process management - Liaise with real estate developers, consultants, and investors - Collaborate with legal consultants to draft and finalize agreements - Proactively involve in project promotion and partnership opportunities for successful execution of real estate projects Qualification Required: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Urban Planning, Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field,
