This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Real Estate Specialist. As a Real Estate Specialist at 7 Estates India, you will be responsible for managing client relations, performing real estate market research, facilitating sales processes, and developing property listings. Your daily tasks will include coordinating property viewings, negotiating deals, providing customer service, and ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations. The role requires a proactive approach to connecting with potential buyers and guiding them through the entire process of acquiring pre-construction properties. To excel in this role, you should have expertise in Real Estate and Real Property skills, a strong background in Customer Service and Sales, knowledge of Real Estate Development, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently and with a team, and experience in the Indian real estate market is a plus. A Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field would be beneficial.,
